The Best in Medicine Award is given to the team for the most outstanding achievements in the field of Medicine. The award is judged by the best and brightest in this field. The award will go to the team that has the greatest positive impact on hospitals, patients and healthcare providers.
My project topic the Myoplexer won Best in Medicine for its impact on upper limb prostheses. The Myoplexer is an inexpensive alternative to sEMG that measures muscle shapes to control a prosthesis directly.

The Grand Prize is awarded to the team that represents the very best of Bench to Bedside competition. They will have excelled in all areas of the competition and represent the best of all the teams.
My team won for our project the Mapping Otoscope. Our device creates an accessible, quantitative, and intuitive measurement of otitis media fluid. For this project I was the team leader, lead designer, and main ideator.
