The Hanley Sustainability Fund is a student-run investment fund at the University of Dayton that focuses on investing in sustainable companies in an attempt to outperform the S&P 500. The fund is split with a 75% discretionary branch comprised of individual stock picks and a 25% non-discretionary branch where stocks are picked by our proprietary model created from Python. In 2016 the total portfolio produced an alpha of over 450 bps
