Hired to design, create and launch the Credit and Collections Dept. in the Credit Union. Recovered 30-60-90 day delinquent loan accounts. Helped Credit Union members and and CG employees to make deposits, withdrawls, and updates to their Credit Union accounts. Also, assisted members in the resolution of issues or problems pertaining to their account. Other administrative duties were also connected to this position.
