Nina Tuxbury is a filmmaker currently studying in the Purchase College film conservatory. She grew up in Albany, NY with her parents, her younger sister, and several cats. Nina is drawn to telling stories about interpersonal relationships in families in particular with a focus on grief, loss, and the queer community. At the moment, Nina is working on post-production for her senior thesis film LANE DRIVES WANDA, which follows estranged sisters forced to travel to their grandmother's funeral together. When not making films, Nina can be found reading and making lattes for herself.
