Nichole Crites

Nichole began her career in healthcare at the age of 20 as a front office receptionist for a small practice in Fort Worth, Texas. By 27, she had moved on to a larger specialty group and gained knowledge in several positions specific to the medical field. Nichole trained as a therapy technician, became a certified chiropractic assistant, and successfully obtained her medical assisting diploma before being designated as a Board-Certified Medical Practice Executive. Nichole became a member of her companys executive management team at the age of 29 and spent the first half of her 30s a Chief Operating Officer for a group of surgeons in Dallas-Fort Worth. Nicholes unique experience provides a perspective which is not easily found elsewhere. She applies expert knowledge, industry experience, and relentless energy to solving leadership and management issues for healthcare organizations. She works effectively with staff, listens to their ideas, analyzes their roadblocks, provides constructive feedback, and helps to implement the changes necessary for building successful teams.
