Rosa Lomax

I am a dedicated advocate in the mental health and substance abuse field, inspired by my own journey as a recovering addict and my commitment to making a lasting impact in my community. As a first-generation college student, Im passionate about the power of educationnot only for myself but also in broadening opportunities and perspectives for my children. As a founding board member of a nonprofit rooted in the Carlsbad Recovery community, I work to expand resources and strengthen the support network for those in need. In my free time, I find joy in helping others and cherish the moments spent traveling and learning alongside my children. My mission is to empower those in recovery and inspire a brighter, more educated future for my family and my community.
