While at school, I work for Flyer Enterprises' Catering division as a catering representative and at Flyer Enterprises' ArtStreet Cafe division as a sales associate. I am initially from Toledo, Ohio where I worked for the Toledo Zoo as a North Concessions Supervisor when I was at home.

Audit Intern at Grant Thornton L.L.P.

As an audit intern, I am responsible for completing similar tasks assigned to first year associates. On a daily basis I collaborate with my engagement teams to assist with audits for private and public companies. I have also had experience performing and evaluating the testing of internal controls for public companies.

Shift Leader and Catering Representative at Flyer Enterprises

University of Dayton Flyer Enterprises is the 4th largest student run corporation in the nation. It receives annual revenues of over $1.3 million. I served the role as Assistant General manager for the fall 2015 semester. As assistant general manager I resolve operational issues, oversee inventory, and assist the health inspection team in keeping the cafe up to standards. My responsibilities as a shift leader include instructing new employees as well as serving customers. I am also responsible for bookkeeping and deposits during my shifts. As a catering representative, I assure that the client needs are met during setup and cleanup for various events. I am also responsible for delivering excellent customer service while also resolving customer concerns.

North Concession Supervisor at The Toledo Zoo & Aquarium

I oversee daily operations for five concession stands and am responsible for opening and closing the stands. I also assist in helping to train new employees. I manage customer complaints and resolve problems that arise with machines and employees throughout the day. In addition, I manage cash flow and adjust the registers for corrections. I also serve as a birthday party coordinator where I organize the parties and serve as the primary contact between families and the business.
