While serving on the morale welfare and recreation committee, expertly led a committee of over 25 members in preparing over 15 large scale events with a budget of over $50,000. Prepared, transcribed, and distributed minutes for more than 30 meetings while coordinating several large events for more than 2,000 personnel with a cost of over $45,000. Major Accomplishments: Led a five person team while implementing an electronic awards database ultimately influencing the timeliness of the overall program, and saving the Command more than $50,000 in program development. Also delivered a highly visible brief on the process and procedures of the updated program to more than 150 Senior Personnel. HR Technician Walter Reed National Military Medical Center 2010 to 2010 2010. Provided meticulous humanitarian relief to more than 2,000 Haitian patients daily resulting in the awarding of the Humanitarian Service Medal, and Armed Forces Service Medal.
