Utilizes advanced data retrieval methods, analysis, and formats deliverables (e.g., reports, spreadsheets, etc.) to provide users with meaningful and interpretable information and respond to data requests. Conducts service trend analysis to determine the best strategy for improving service. The POSG Specialist will investigate issues and collaborate with web developers to assess potential iGate web issues. Provides operational data for UPS Industrial Engineering and package operations. Generates queries to obtain data for internal customer requests, analyzes data to ensure the information is accurate, and meets customer needs. Conducts research and provides operational support and consults with internal customers (e.g., department management, etc.) to clarify information needs and ensure data provided meets expectations. Maintains I-GATE websites to provide information, updates, and reports to Operations.
