Paul Mass

I started my Engineering career in 2004 as a Project Management Co-Op where I learned the key elements of Concurrent Engineering Programs. Immediately following my three term Co-Op I entered into the Aerospace field as a Design Engineer where I worked on projects such as General Electrics GEnx engine and the Rolls Royce TP400 Turbo-Prop powerhouse. Throughout the years of 2004-2017 I have held positions such as Drafter, Designer, Repair Process Engineer, Quality Control, Application Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, and most recently, Systems Engineer. My strong mechanical aptitude, paired with my education in Engineering theory and 10+ years of manufacturing and design experience make me a valuable asset to any Engineering Team. I obtained my Associate' degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati, College of Applied Science which has been recognized for producing students who are not only well versed in the Math, Science and Engineering disciplines but also know how to apply them in real world applications. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Miami University, College of Liberal Arts and Applied Science, recognized as Cum Laude with a GPA of 3.98. I was presented with an Academic & Leadership award for my "outstanding performance" in Statistics (2015). Later in 2017, during MU's Senior Design Expo, I was presented with the David W. Young award; "The most prestigious award in the Engineering Technology Department", which also came with a monetary scholarship. I aim to achieve the best result possible in anything and everything I do.
