January, 09 2018 - Verified by SUNY CantonMy responsibilities of working at the Cooperstown Police Department was to enforce the town parking regulations and issue tickets for any violations that I would come across. Along with issuing tickets for violations, I was also responsible for appearing in court when any such tickets I had issued were being contested. By doing this job I ensure all town regulations are met, along with getting to know the people from all over during its tourist season. I've worked 2 consecutive summers with the department first starting on May 30th of 2016 to August of 2016, then continued in the following year of 2017 during the summer. I already intend on going back to my position again for the summer of 2018 in hopes that it has another good turn out.
