Gather and verify the necessary information to process on-site interpretation requests as they come in via phone, online, e-mail or fax
Contact and assign an appropriate Interpreter for each assignment, and send necessary information to the Interpreter for each request
Maintain a high level of customer service while receiving department average inbound call volume
Complete outbound calls to address client/interpreter needs
Provide excellent customer service addressing all client and interpreter needs
Collaborate on specific campaigns in a fast-paced team environment

Advocates for patients on qualifications, diagnoses, and protocols for obtaining a medical marijuana card in the state of Pennsylvania.
Works with and receives supervision from managers, physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants
Assists patients with check-in and out of practice; participates in COVID screening measures; answers large volumes of incoming phone calls.
Responsible for providing an exceptional experience for all ULTA guests by engaging each guest to determine their individual needs, keeping fixtures fully stocked with merchandise, maintaining overall store cleanliness and completing tasks as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise the daily operation of assigned venue(s) and product
Maintain artistic and technical integrity of production
Lead, coach, and develop cast and crew
Manage employee hours tracking and schedules
Foster a safe, positive, and professional work environment
Oversee the organized and efficient operation of all venue areas, including stage, wings, dressing rooms, and storage
Create and maintain accurate and comprehensive production book, blocking, and staging information
Encourage open communication between Entertainment Operations, Production, and Theatrical Services
Build and maintain strong working relationships with other park departments
QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BFA in Theatre, Performing Arts, or equivalent Stage Management, Company Management, or Arts Administration experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Project management experience
Detail oriented
Ability to multi-task
At least 2 years experience in a supervisory/management role
Able to work flexible schedules
Valid drivers license
