This involved creating and administering patient surveys as well as identifying problems and proposing solutions. The solutions included improving the parking signage to streamline parking flow, refining the lobbies' appearances, clarifying appointment details through convenient patient communication, and proposing simple changes to save time in registration processes.
I transported chemotherapy and non-chemotherapy infusions between the pharmacy and supply center, transported lab samples from the infusion center to the laboratory, provided patients with refreshments and warm blankets, talked with patients, filed patient charts and admission information, pulled incoming patients' information, restocked and cleaned the snack kitchens, restocked supplies at patient stations, sanitized patient stations, and sold raffle tickets for hospital charity events.
