I am an incoming MA student in Religious Studies at the University of Iowa focusing on Islam with Dr. Ahmed Souaiaia. I graduated with the class of 2015 from the University of Iowa Honors College with University Honors and Honors in art history, as well as minored in international studies. I worked as an ICRU Research Fellow, the Assistant Education & Outreach Coordinator at the Old Capitol Museum, and the art library. I am also applying for a Fulbright to teach English in India during the 2016-2017 academic year.
