This entails work with catering, venue selection and set-up, admissions, and more. Also works daily with Blackbaud CRM to create and use queries to collect alumni data and donations.

Worked with the communications, data, and pathways to excellence departments on various tasks. With communications, a newsletter template and several monthly newsletters were created as well as a social media campaign and several drafts of webpages on health topics such as EHRs and healthy living. In the data department, data was verified regarding medical professionals. With the PTE department, data was collected and transformed into relevant graphics with Excel for use in the Maine healthcare fact book (2014).
Ballroom Dance Instructor at Lewiston Adult Education
Instructs adults in the basics of American smooth and rhythm through professional John Blanchette's Two to Tango Ballroom studio. Classes are introductory and advance to the beginner/bronze level of ballroom dance.

Works with computer databases such as Filemaker to record information and aid in processing dancer applications as well as tuition payments. Also works closely with the contribution/gift campaign, sending solicitations, notating contributions, and sending acknowledgements. Helps with the Youth Arts Program, researching local schools, verifying contacts, and sending promotional materials.
