As a LeaderShape at Lehigh Student Coordinator in the Office of Student Leadership Development, I am responsible for assisting in the planning, organizing and implementation of Lehigh University's campus based session of The LeaderShape® Institute. I am also responsible for aiding in the implementation of the first LeaderShape® at Lehigh "Day 7- Staying in Action " program. The LeaderShape® Institute is a national program comprised of a six-day, intensive leadership institute that provides dialogue and interactive self-discovery with a group of 60 undergraduate students. "LeaderShape® challenges participants to lead with integrity while working towards a vision grounded in their deepest values."

As a Cross Cultural Organizations Coordinator, I am aiding in the continuing efforts of the Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) to connect students with one another, and the same with Alumni. I am responsible for coordinating meetings for the Men of Color Alliance (MOCA), serve as a liaison between the Black And Latino Alumni Network for Community and Equity. Aside from this, my other responsibilities include: • Assisting with planning, marketing and implementation of OMA flagship programs • Develop and facilitate thought provoking & challenging Brown Bag discussions • Represent the Office of Multicultural Affairs in various capacities throughout Lehigh University's campus
