Venkatasivaram Bhamidipati

I am Graduate Student in Dept. of Electrical and Computer Engineering(ECE) of Georgia Institute of Technology specializing in Computer Systems and Software(CSS). My areas of interest are Operating Systems, Storage, Distributed Systems, Networks and Parallel computing. In the summer of 2017, I worked for HPE 3PAR Systems, Fremont, CA as Software Engineering Intern in Storage R&D Stack Team. I am developing code to extract Kernel statistics regarding the processes of Data deduplication and Data compression. Before joining Gatech for my Masters, I have been working for UTC Aerospace Systems, Bangalore as Software Engineer. My role was to develop scripts to validate various modules on the hardware of Air Data systems probe. I have also interned at Indian Institute of Technology, Madras , where I worked on Raspberry Pi to implement ZigBee communication. I am graduating in the Fall, 2017(DEC) and I am looking for full-time opportunities in the Systems and Software Engineering.
