- Responsible for supervising information desk and front desk operations - Answer questions presented by students, faculty, staff, and visitors - Serve as first responder during emergencies and initiate appropriate emergency action plan as per university and department guidelines - Directly report any issues to Director of Rubin Campus Center - Identify, resolve, and report any issue in the building promptly - Manage WebCheckout (software used on campus for renting laptops, microphones, HDMI cables, VGA cables, card readers, sandwich boards, billiard sets, and more) - Notify appropriate parties if rented item is not returned before closing - Manage 25 Live (software used on campus to book events both in academic and non-academic facilities and to view event locations and times) - Stay in touch with WPI Campus Police in regard to public safety and managing valuable lost items turned in at information desk - Complete all required closing procedures including but not limited to completing closing reports, updating records of campus center events and meetings for the following day, making a thorough round throughout the building to close for the day - Attend all student building manager meetings and trainings

- Assist external clients with data entry and clerical procedures - Present a professional and positive face for both Atrium Staffing and clients - Manage administrative tasks throughout client's work space ensuring satisfaction - Report experience with client to Atrium - Clients I Have Worked With: Max Mara (Showroom Assistant), JDRF/Bidpal (Event Staff), Harvard Business School (Office Assistant for Research Computing Services Department), Harvard Business School (Data Entry Associate for Research Staff Services Department)
