I am a virtual bookkeeper who enters in clients data for expenses and income. Prepare financial statements such as Income statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow. Ensuring that all accounts are reconciled monthly, closing entries are entered at the end of the month, quarters, and year, and inputting assets depreciation.

Before the business was sold recently after I had been hired on, I helped with invoices, estimates, payroll, and bookkeeping.

In the office I took care of invoicing, estimates, customer service with clients, payroll, taxes, data entry, and bookkeeping.
I had time in the irrigation department as a irrigation foreman. Our clients were apartment complexes with large irrigation systems. We would run through them looking for any repairs needing to be done such as broken sprinkler heads, cracked or busted pipes, and malfunctioning valves. Along with these more common repairs, we also added new irrigation zones for newly landscaped areas and replace control panels.
