I love to seek out the strengths of individuals, and encourage them to be the best that they can be. I am hardworking because I don't stop for "good enough". I thrive in fast paced environments where I can live into a company's mission and vision, and help the team become better than before through my skills and internal drive. I am dedicated to whatever is placed in my hands. Whether this means building relationships, leading discussions, coordinating schedules, collaborating on projects, or advocating a cause; I will make sure that whatever I have to accomplish is done well.
