Riley Karp

I am currently a sophomore at Colby College pursuing a major in Computational Biology and minors in Physics and Chemistry. When I'm not in classes or labs, I spend a lot of my time enhancing my leadership skills as a coxswain for the Women's Varsity Crew team. I also spend time working as the Web Assistant for Colby's French and Italian department. My goal is to use my experiences and knowledge gained during my time at Colby to further my education and obtain a degree in biomedical engineering. This will help me achieve my aspiration of establishing a career in biotechnology or bioinformatics, where I will be able to use my analytical and problem solving skills to help others by contributing to innovative improvements in the medical field.
