February, 21 2020 - Verified by Kennesaw State UniversityWhile working for Roman Martial Arts, I have had the privilege and honor of being an Assistant Taekwondo instructor. There, my primary responsibility is to teach the fundamentals of Taekwondo skills and character traits to the Little Dragons Program which is primarily five through seven year olds. This requires constantly learning and observing new ways to teach, so that all children can effectively learn techniques, drills, and character traits through a method that is best suited to them. In order to provide optimal instruction, I also plan and prepare the class activities and learning objectives by analyzing the class needs.
Summers of 2014-2020
Most recently I served as an Area Director for the 1st year campers. This program is an intensive course designed to introduce scouts to basic skills and values that the scouting program provides. As an area director, I served alongside my staff to ensure that all campers had a fun and safe camping experience for their 1st summer camp. My responsibilities were to ensure the success of the 1st year program along with guiding and directing my staff to create a positive environment.
