Rob Schultz is Executive Director of the International Wolf Center, headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. With members in every U.S. state and 37 countries worldwide, the International Wolf Center is a leading authority on wolves and wolf-human issues globally. Prior to joining the Center, Schultz served in executive director roles with the YMCA and the Saint Paul Police Foundation. As Capital Campaign Director of Northern Star Council - Boy Scouts of America, he led a successful $25 million capital fundraising campaign that exceeded its goal despite an unprecedented economic recession. He has served as an Adjunct Professor at Minnesota State University Mankato, been involved in the community through Springbrook Nature Center, and serves as a President's Cabinet member of Northern Star Council.

Executive Director at International Wolf Center
Provides leadership to all aspects of the organization, including staffing, finances, fundraising, board development, communications, programs and volunteer engagement. Achievements include: - Implemented a new strategy for outreach, resulting in a 562% increase in annual school programs. - Expanded International Wolf magazine, achieved record attendance for the Center's "International Wolf Symposium", and worked with board and staff to fund and implement virtual programs and webinars that reach a global audience of members, supporters and outdoor enthusiasts. - Expanded facilities in both the Twin Cities and Ely office locations, increased staffing to accommodate the organization's growth, and reversed a 17-year downward trend in admissions at the organization's interpretive center/museum that is open to the public. - The International Wolf Center serves a global audience of more than two million people each year, with members living in all 50 U.S. states and 37 countries around the world.
