Ryan Kheshgi

As the only student representative from the University of Delaware in the Start Program, I had the opportunity to grow tremendously. I participated in two days of digital upskilling with a focus in Alteryx, Tableau, and UiPath. I also completed PwC's human centered design training. The numerous professionals I connected with and learned from in PwC's three LoS provided me with an in-depth understanding of several different career paths.

My team of five outstanding interns and I created a two-pronged data-driven approach for a global nonprofit. The objectives were to increase volunteer numbers, retention rates, and to understand demographic trends in their organization.

Manage and schedule staff hours
Teach new employees their daily tasks (office work, soft skills, knowledge of IT being used)
Build relationships and communicate with leaders in Finance, Economics, Climate Change, and Integrated Assessment from around the world
Perform office duties such as paper filing, printing, copying, shredding, and organizing files electronically
Work the sound board for the duration of the conference
