I'm a freshman at the University of Iowa majoring in Ancient Civilization andEnglish & Creative Writing in the Publishing track, with a minor in Latino/a Studies and a Certificate in Writing. With this wide array of subjects, I'm fascinated with the stories and experiences of those who lived before us and putting that into writing. I currently work as an Arts reporter for The Daily Iowan. Through my experience there, I would like to refine my skills and eventually work at a major newspaper or online publication after graduation.
