I've always had a passion for Organizational Leadership, and I am eager to contribute to the academic community where I can focus on organizational development. My research integrates empirical inquiry into ethical formation and Spirit-led leadership practice. I focus on Servant Leadership and Humility Leadership as frameworks that advance an SHL model in which humility serves as a central, measurable leadership behavior that influences engagement and perceptions. This evidence-based framework reconceptualizes humility as an ethical leadership mechanism grounded in organizational psychology, moral philosophy, and workplace spirituality. My scholarship contributes to leadership science by examining ethical influence, psychosocial safety, and leader character development across organizational contexts.
I bring more than fifteen years of executive leadership and entrepreneurial experience spanning nonprofit, community, and operational environments. My professional background includes directing state-funded programs, leading policy compliance initiatives, developing leadership pipelines, strengthening organizational culture, and coaching both emerging and senior leaders. My work is committed to bridging theory and practice by designing research-driven tools that support sustainable organizational health and transformational leadership. My academic and professional efforts reflect my calling to develop leaders who steward influence with humility and integrity, grounded in Christ-centered conviction.
