Honors Project for Fundamentals of Nursing.
I presented a project regarding the clinical application of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and how it helps with healing to those suffering from cancer, wounds, burns, and many more health conditions.
Research Projects
Blood Pressure and the Aging Adult
I completed a honors project presentation for Medical Surgical Nursing 1 regarding how the older adult views blood pressure. Through anonymous, volunteers I collected data keying in on diet, exercise, and medication concerning blood pressure and compared data from Knox County, TN and Anderson County, TN to make a rationalization of hypertension as a major public health concern.
