Saphir Jocelyn MSN(c), BSN, RN, is a dedicated nurse educator, leader, and health policy advocate with over a decade of experience in healthcare. A proud graduate of Northeastern University with a BSN, Saphir is currently completing an MSN in Leadership at Framingham State University, expected to graduate in May 2025, and starting her doctoral degree in Population Health and Health Policy in the Fall of 2025.
Passionate about health equity, belonging, and patient advocacy, Saphir serves as the Chair of the Health Policy Committee for her New England chapter of the National Black Nurses Association (NBNA). She is also an educator, teaching health policy and clinical courses at multiple institutions. With a background as a physician in Haiti, Saphir brings a global perspective to nursing and is committed to advancing policies that promote equitable healthcare access and improve outcomes for marginalized communities.
