Sarah Batten

Hello! My name is Sarah Batten, and I am a criminal justice major at the University of Akron. I graduated from Ellet High School in 2017 ranked 19th of my class. During high school my extra curricular activities included: Student Council (Vice President my senior year), National Honor Society, Steering Committee, Glee Club, Choir, Mat Maid/Team Captain of Wrestling Team, High School of Business program, President of a Parliamentary Procedure Team competing in Business Professionals of America, Photographer and Editor for school Yearbook, student helper, junior mentor, and I was one of the two selected participants of the Superintendent Seminar program. I love animals and my goal is to one day become an Animal Control Officer to help save abandoned/injured animals off of the streets and remove pets from abusive situations.
