A Conference Services Assistants (CSA) primary responsibility is efficient and quality customer service to the guests, whether here for the day or for the summer. CSAs are staff members of the Office of Student Union and Engagement and are supervised directly by the Director of Student Union and Engagement. This is a live-in required position for up to 15 weeks in the summer providing on-call coverage as required, as well as, working a few hours per week within Conference Services and the Student Affairs division as needed.

Aid both professors and students in many ways in the Chemistry Department, such as supervising the Concepts in Chemistry and Chemical Principle labs.

Resident Advisors (RAs) are students who live in the residence halls and whose key functions include facilitating community development and ensuring the effective management of the residence halls. The RA job description has six basic roles, a peer helper, an educator, an administrator, a policy enforcer, a team member, and a role model.
