I was the photographer and owner of this photography studio. Within this position I managed all aspects of my business including photography, marketing, client presentations, sales, window and office displays of work, photo editing, etc. My client base was focused on newborn-teen portraits.

I am currently a department manager within the Mortgage Servicing Insurance Department responsible for mortgage insurance (PMI, FHA, and RHS) processing related to premium payments, premium refund processing, response to removal inquiries, HOPA compliance, automatic termination processing, notices to insurer, and record validations. In addition, I am responsible for optional coverage processing including premium remittance, notices to borrower, claim benefit processing, and response to inquiries. I am also responsible for maintaining policy and procedure manuals, process implementations, and the maintenance of online letter library. Prior to this role I have held various positions within the Insurance Department including: * Loss Draft Procesor - responsible for handling insurance claim checks for non-monitored claims including the collection of documents, securing endorsements, customer service, and document retention. * PMI Processor - responsible for the payment of PMI premiums, refund processing, HOPA automatic termination processing, responding to borrower requests for PMI cancellation, data entry, customer service, and report processing. In this position, I also developed training materials and documents. * Team Lead - responsible for leading team of 10 for FHA and PMI processing functions. I also performed all training, quality monitoring, created and maintained letter library, and department procedure manual. *Supervisor - responsible for leading team of 20 for FHA/PMI/GAF processing, Optional Coverage Products, Loss Draft Processing, and Performance Management. In this role I continued to be responsible for creating and maintaining letter library, and department procedure manual. I have served in this position as a manager since August 2010 and was promoted to Assistant Vice President in 2016.
