I am Sasha Edwards, a graduate student at Georgia State University pursuing a Master of Science in Commercial Real Estate at the J. Mack Robinson College of Business. My journey in real estate began in residential sales, where I built experience helping families and entrepreneurs achieve their ownership goals. Today, I am focused on expanding my expertise into commercial real estate to support multifamily and franchise businesses across Atlanta.
Beyond academics, I am an entrepreneur and the owner of Edwards Estates Consulting LLC, where I provide real estate and business support services. I am passionate about creating opportunities for others, building systems that empower growth, and contributing to projects that strengthen local communities. My long-term vision is to bridge education, entrepreneurship, and real estate to help shape sustainable spaces for future generations.

Student Real Estate Club (REC)
Founded in the summer of 2020, The Commercial Real Estate Group at GSU (CREG) is a student-run organization focused on enhancing members proficiencies across the commercial real estate industry.
Our weekly meetings consist of guest speaker lectures, technical workshops, mock interviews, recruiting events, and occasional property tours. Exclusive discounts for educational and professional development resources are also offered. No prior real estate knowledge is required to become a member. We welcome and encourage all students interested in the industry to join!

Golf
The purpose of the club is to establish an active and regular fellowship to play the sport of golf. This club will allow various skill levels to unite into one organization to further the development, competition, and understanding of the sport of golf. The club would hold regular practice sessions and matches throughout the semester for students to socialize and improve in the sport, regardless of prior experience or access to equipment.
