Satinder Pabla

My main job is as the shift leader up front. I am in charge of conducting breaks, and ensuring that there's coverage for those breaks. I answer the phone, and help out the customer as quickly as possible. I am a resource for other cashiers when they need assistance with anything related to their sales transactions or returns. In addition to balancing both of these responsibilities, I also am a cashier myself and at times, all of my responsibilities overlap one another.
As I noted above, my main job is as the shift leader, but I am cross-trained in all departments (dressing room, jewellry, back room, and cash office) so I can be placed wherever I am needed.

As it was a family business and I was "too young", I couldn't serve tables. I poured soft drinks, refilled water jugs, cleaned tables, and was the cashier.
