Front office duties include patient check in and check out, verification of insurance coverage and
benefits, process payment transactions for procedures, facilitate office team events and projects,
create reports and project management to ensure the office meets the needs of our patients and office
practices are efficient.
Strongest attributes in leadership are effective communication, the ability to prevent ethical
challenges and resolution of ethical challenges, excel at relationship building among the team, and
trustworthiness. I have the ability to motivate other and make use of their skills and abilities, able to

Initial customer contact in the outpatient/ inpatient setting to ensure a positive streamlined
registration experience in the emergency room, urgent care, and office registration.
Complete an accurate registration, collecting insurance and financial information for successful
processing of billing claims.
Demonstrates professionalism, effective communication, ethical decision-making, and active
listening skills to foster critical thinking.
Collection of copayments, unmet deductibles, self-pay arrangements that reflect the patients ability
to pay, reduction of financial risk to the company and ensure reimbursements for services.
Verification of insurance benefits.
Resolution to patient concerns using established procedures and methods.
Successful completion of EPIC training.
