Senapathy Srinivasan

Senapathy Srinivasan (Sena) is currently pursuing a Masters course in Managing IT at J Mack Robinson College of Business, Georgia State University, USA. He was was till recently working a Senior Project Manager through Marcsoft for Oracle Malaysia Pte.. Prior to that Sena was working as Senior Oracle Applications Project Manager at Tech Mahindra, Dubai. Before that he was working as Senior project manager for the Oracle Financials and Supply Chain implementation at Emirates NBD Bank as well as responsible for managing production support for the 4 and half years. Prior to this, he was working as a Principal Consultant with Oracle Consulting Services for 4 and half years. Prior to that, Sena was working with Oracle partner Global Technology Services (Part of the ENOC Group) for five years. Sena has fifteen plus years of experience Project Managing and implementing oracle applications. He has handled 2 oracle implementation projects for companies having operations in Singapore namely Emirates National Oil Company Singapore branch and Emirates NBD Bank Singapore. Sena has been involved in Oracle Applications releases 10.6, 10.7, 11, 11i and 12. He has successfully also project managed two complex projects involving upgrade of Oracle Applications. Sena has received extensive training in Oracle Applications Implementation Methodology (AIM). He has also conducted health check assignments (Implementation Quality Check) for eight large organizations in the UAE. Sena was the middle-east leader for the EMEA Oracle financials Professional Community. Sena has completed his MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur one of the top 5 management schools in India. He is a certified PMP as well as a PRINCE2 Practitioner and is knowledgeable in the usage of Microsoft Projects, SharePoint and Visio. He is also trained in Lean Six Sigma.
