" Selected to be a stand-in Unit Manager for the duration of two weeks, spanning parts of two separate sessions of camp, while the initial Unit Manager was away.
" Supported and managed 24 staff members who were responsible for 80 children over a two-week time period.
" Provided staff with extensive evaluations and one-on-one meetings, while simultaneously communicating closely with the manager I was substituting for.
" Worked alongside fellow managers and directors to provide programming and general safety for 300 children per session.
" Organized, scheduled, and directed an eight-week leadership program with four co-LIT Directors.
" Duties included directing programming activities focused on developing leadership skills, writing and delivering formal evaluations on LITs, instructing and training LITs in lifeguarding, CPR and First Aid, as well as supervising off-site trips.
