Responsible for building, testing and implementing the Epic clinical modules, as well as future upgrades. Conducts workflow analysis, design and build sessions with Subject Matter Experts (including physicians, nursing, respiratory care, pharmacy and other ancillary services) and trainers. Maintaining and resolving the issues log within the project plan, as well as conveying project status. Serves as a bridge between Epic and Akron Children’s Hospital implementation team through regular day to day communication and the end-users. Serve as the primary contact with department leadership.
