In my time as a high school student, I was not sure what area of physical therapy I wanted to pursue. I decided to contact someone who did a presentation for a club I was in, and ask her if I can come in and observe what she does. I did this for three days. This time, I was observing young children with disabilities and health defects instead of others with post ACL surgeries and neck pain. After these three days, my eyes opened, and I got extremely excited because I am definitely interested in the pediatric physical therapy field.
I was an aid for JAG to learn more about physical therapy and if it's what I want to do for a career.
