Alicia Smith

Alicia Smith obtained her Associate of Science in Social Work with High Honors from Georgia State University - Perimeter College in May 2023 and is currently enrolled in the bachelors program in Sociology at Georgia State University, with an anticipated graduation in Fall 2025 and a cumulative GPA of 3.89. Her academic and professional pursuits are centered on social systems, justice, and organizational integrity. With expertise in healthcare revenue recovery, public service, and alternative dispute resolution, Alicia merges data analysis with human insight to develop equitable and effective solutions. She is also in the process of establishing a consulting firm dedicated to assisting the public with employment and disability accommodation matters, as well as providing legal education and personal development strategies. Additionally, the firm will offer training on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) topics, including Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance, HR systems audits, and HR reform implementation for businesses and corporations. Alicias primary mission is to foster equity within institutions.
