Currently working as a university employee under the Office of Residential Education who lives amongst 18 first-year students in a first-year residential hall. Tasks include facilitating the social, academic, and personal adjustment of these students along with developing a sense of community amongst them. Also, serving as a positive role model to residents and enforcing the rules and policies of Residental Education and the University. Training for this position includes expertise in planning, assessment, administration, counseling, conflict resolution, crisis management, facilities management, staff development, leadership, public speaking, and many other valuable skills.
