I communicate with upper-level University administrators, and provide aid to Residential Assistants dealing with major conduct incidents. I work well with other employees and first responders to assess the severity of situations, enforce University policy, and display sound judgment under pressure.
As a Resident Assistant, I was responsible for overseeing more than 400 housed University students. I identified behavioral conflicts among residents, and administered aid based on training. I Held 24-hour on-call shifts requiring rapid response to
physical / verbal disputes, property loss, vandalism, drug abuse, mental illness checks, and threats to campus safety. I demonstrated exceptional communication skills through front desk operation, and case-sensitive report writing.
