I am a passionate learner and developer that recognizes the importance of the role effective communication plays in the cultivation of relationships, solving problems, and allowing ideas to be shared. My work in achieving my certificate in Critical Cultural Competence complements this passion by developing the ability to examine and understand my orientation to other peoples cultural identities, such as class, ethnicity, gender and sexual orientation.
