-Developing understanding of social media marketing and digital communication strategies through social media analytics on Muhlenberg Alumni social media channels -Creating and implementing social media marketing plans for regional alumni events, campus and alumni, including marketing design, social networking updates and scheduling -Writing short news stories and content for MuhlenbergConnect.com, our alumni website -Providing student perspective in the development of young alumni programs and social media marketing

-Worked with sales team to promote and sell Crate & Barrel products within Westport, CT standalone store -Modeled company standards in customer service -Assisted in preparing store and stockroom for customers & customer needs -Exhibited positive attitude & enthusiasm toward job and company to internal and external customers -Served as Sales Associate and Seasonal Sales Associate beginning in December 2016, plan to continue to do so throughout 2018.

-Tutor undergraduate students on papers and other writing assignments across various disciplines weekly -Serve as weekly greeter for drop-in Writing Center; pair tutees with tutors while updating and balancing wait and on-call lists -Serve as Writing Assistant in two first-year seminar courses (Fall 2016 & Fall 2017) - helped total 30 first-year students develop skills for reading, writing , analysis, time-management, and professional communication to ensure college readiness -Participated in semester-long training course in Spring 2016 as well as monthly trainings beginning in August 2016 under the supervision of Dr. David Rosenwasser & Dr. Jill Stephen; accepted into program through competitive application & interview process
