Following various customer quality plans such as FDA, PPAP, and other validation procedures and protocols using launch gate processes. Maintained cost metric, project timelines and reported status for executive management. Accomplishments: Accepted responsibility of over 12 product development projects within the first four months as project manager. Accepted responsibility to investigate, plan, and initiate corrective actions from customer non-conformance reports within the first two months of employment. Currently working on multiple new product development projects primarily for surgical medical device customers.
