Providing functional project management services of new product development projects, from design through production launch, as well as internal process improvement projects and defining SOW. Acting liaison and company representative performing communication activities between a variety of cross-functional areas, both internal and external. Assumed complete ownership of budgetary expenditure oversight; monitoring costs and timelines ensuring that project scope, milestones and success metrics are well defined, understood and reported effectively. Leading, coaching and motivating project team members to perform at their fullest potential, using the ability to adapt to virtually all personality types. Following various customer quality plans such as FDA, PPAP, and other validation procedures and protocols using launch gate processes. Maintained cost metric, project timelines and reported status for executive management. Accomplishments: Accepted responsibility of over 12 product development projects within the first four months as project manager. Accepted responsibility to investigate, plan, and initiate corrective actions from customer non-conformance reports within the first two months of employment. Currently working on multiple new product development projects primarily for surgical medical device customers.
