In custom IIQ platform, using Java and XML, developed new functionality for reports and entirely rewrote report, and currently working on future front-end and back-end changes. Additionally, assisting with operations and environment management of custom IIQ platform.
Developed new functionality and helped with efficiency of backend for custom implementation of Identity and Access management platform, based on SailPoint IdentityIQ, for use with all member firms; also developed script to streamline management of Active Directory groups. Additionally, worked with IAM operations team to manage support for issues with current IIQ platform. For the intern program, collaborated with a team of interns to provide an innovative solution for challenges with hybrid working, in which I interviewed with leaders of the IAM team for feedback.
Developed automated general-purpose synchronizer to synchronize between Azure DevOps work items and wiki pages, as well as Microsoft Teams file folders. Synchronizer was designed to automatically and continuously create wiki pages for DevOps work items with file path as per work item hierarchical structure; Teams folders also created for work items and synchronized to specified project teams based on hierarchy. Had the opportunity to gain experience in Identity & Access Management infrastructure and platforms utilized, as well as ongoing projects to update infrastructure.
Collaborated with team to create a Python library to access internal and external ticketing systems such as Jira. Library could be used to create, update, and read tickets, and was particularly useful in automation and streamlining of otherwise manual or hard to work with ticket services. Used various libraries, APIs, and databases to retrieve and change information. Went through extensive testing using the pytest library, documentation using Python docstrings and planning sessions with the team, and project organization using Git, Jira, and Agile workflow.
Worked on backend functionality of the website, using Python, to track, change, and display statuses and information of server infrastructure in the company. Used various technologies to process and store data as well as create API endpoints to read and change data. Collaborated with other individuals and teams to find appropriate technologies and solutions to complete the project. Employed technologies such as Git, Jira, Redis cache, and various internal libraries and tools.
