Sydney Hopkins

Since my first semester of freshman year, I made an effort to get involved with the Radford University community. I am currently the Director of Public Relations for the Student Government Association (SGA), the Judicial Board Chair and Service Chair of Sigma Alpha Omega, a Resident Assistant for Housing and Residential Life, and a member of the Honor's College. In the summer of 2021, I served as a Quest Assistant (orientation group leader) for Radford's New Student and Family Programs; this summer I will be a Family Associate Mentor for Quest. One of my favorite memories from doing community service in 2020 was when I drove those with mobility issues to the Dedmon Center from Lot Z for the Pop-up Covid Vaccine Clinic as a volunteer for SGA with my closest friend. I will be an Intern for Radford's University Relations in the Spring of 2022.
