Howdy! I'm Sydney Hollingsworth, an English major living in the heart of Texas. When I am not working towards my degree, I can be found doing a myriad of creative endeavors from painting, to knitting, to creating music and everything in-between! I am also a proud parent to two cats, two birds, and potentially too many plants (if there is such a thing). Before returning to complete my BA in English Literature, I gained extensive experience in delivering excellent service and building authentic connections in the workforce. My education further enhances these skills, sharpening my communication, empathy, and analytical thinking. Im passionate about fostering meaningful relationships that contribute to a positive customer experience and build loyalty. I also place a high value on teamwork, understanding that effective collaboration is key to a well-run business and a rewarding work environment. With a strong foundation in problem-solving, adaptability, and a commitment to exceeding expectations, I strive to make a positive impact on both customers and colleagues alike.
