Tajiddin Reid is a dedicated Relationship Educator and Virtual Community Strategist at More Than Conquerors Inc. (MTCI), where he has been contributing since 2015. He plays a pivotal role in teaching MTCI's nationally recognized programs in high schools throughout the greater Atlanta area and manages the organization's online presence to foster youth engagement and community connection. In 2018, Tajiddin founded At the Table Community Development Inc. (ATTCDevelopment Inc.), a nonprofit driven by a single goal: to offer unique relational and academic educational experiences to underserved youth and families. Under his leadership as Chief Executive Officer, ATTCDevelopment Inc. provides support through S.E.E. (Spiritual, Economical, and Educational) tools tailored specifically for the needs of underserved communities. The organization promotes positivity through service and love, prepares families for sustainable living with financial planning programs, and offers family-focused relational and academic success frameworks. With over fifteen years of experience in youth and community development, Tajiddin's career began as a camp counselor and director, progressing to teaching visual arts and music theory in various educational settings. His personal journey as an underserved youth fuels his deep commitment to community outreach and programming, aiming to equip others with the tools necessary for financial, academic, and relational success.
