Provide admissions information to prospective students, academic advising to newly enrolling students, and outreach to potential students; advise and counsel COMPASS testers concerning their scores and course/remediation options; act as a liaison and recruiter between assigned high schools and OCTC concerning all admissions related questions and issues; plan and participate in college fairs and outreach events for prospective students; assist currently enrolled students with the online registration process. Presentations given at KCTCS Teaching and Learning Institute 2015 on the flipped classroom and at KCTCS New Horizons 2015 on EdReady and the value of millennials as students and higher education professionals.

Teach courses in Developmental English, Kentucky History, and United States History; develop curriculum for Foundations of College Writing I & II courses and train English faculty on course format; prepare lectures and classroom discussions for students; create tests, worksheets, and activities for students; learn new educational strategies to further the student learning experience.

Create the schedule for weekend managers and coordinate staff meetings/trainings; supervise duties and job performance of weekend managers, including job creation and termination; conduct tours of the museum and sell items in the gift shop to patrons; research the best use of historic documents and artifacts relative to the museum; manage, market, and supervise events schedule at the house including teas, weddings, and historic lectures.
