Passionate about empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives, I am Taylor Burns, MA. With a solid foundation in clinical rehabilitation and mental health counseling from Salve Regina University, I am committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those I serve. Over my two years at NAFI within the MST program, I honed my skills in providing comprehensive support to individuals facing various challenges. Embracing the whole person approach, I believe in addressing not just the symptoms but also the underlying factors affecting mental health and well-being. In addition to my clinical expertise, I bring a unique dimension to my practice as a certified yoga teacher. Recognizing the profound connection between mind and body, I integrate holistic practices to promote overall wellness and resilience in my clients.
